Who we are
Humanity Access is a community services organization based in Rockhampton providing a variety of programs and services that help people in the community. Humanity is the quality of being kind, thoughtful, and sympathetic towards others, this includes support for families, vulnerable people, youth, children, the elderly, veterans and more. These services are accessible to all Australians, First Nations and eligible members of the community.
We are guided by our Aim-Better Access, Better Outcomes, Better Communities.
Humanity Access is uniquely positioned to offer services with so much dedication and the desire to timely engage members of society into relevant support programs. In some instances, there has been unwarranted intervention and loss of resources due to late or no access to services. Humanity Access will apply a systematic approach through best practice, technology and industry leading case management software.
Our team consists of passionate and empathetic community services practitioners. The founding Director is a Certified Community Services Director by the Australian Institute of Community Directors.

What we do
·Foster a supportive community for children, youth, families, aged, veterans and vulnerable community members through outreach and engagement programs.
·Provide referrals, counselling, mentorship, and employment services.
·Advocate for policy changes and community support to address issues arising in communities.
· Collaborate with other service providers in the community.
Our Services
Broadly, Humanity Access provides the following services:
Child and Family Support: Services for children and their families.
Family Support services are required to reduce harm or risk of harm to children and young people.
Prevent crises or problems within families from arising or escalating, so as to stabilize and maintain family wellbeing.
Humanity Access ensures Family Support services will:
Improve the wellbeing and safety of children, young people and their families.
Build the capacity of families to care for and protect their children in home settings.
Provide linkages to local universal support services and community groups that enable families to access the resources they need to build their capacity, solve problems and make positive changes.
Prevent entry or re-entry to the statutory child protection system.
Aged Care: Services for the elderly, including accommodation, respite, and social housing.
Domestic and Family Violence: Services for people experiencing domestic and family violence.
Employment support: Services to help people find employment.
Financial counselling: Services to help people with financial matters.
Mental health: Services for people with mental health concerns.
Youth support services: Psychosocial and therapeutic support and youth enterprise for vulnerable youth. Youth Services provide a variety of programs and support aimed at young people to enhance their development, well-being, and social inclusion. These services include youth counselling, educational support, recreational activities, mentoring, and employment assistance Support is provided in the context of the family and focuses on reconnecting young people with natural community supports.
Veterans Support: Wellbeing and program participation
Suicide Prevention: Life preservation for members of the society who want to terminate life.
Multicultural Affairs:
Australia encompasses diverse communities, groups and individuals. Humanity Access endeavors to partner and contribute to building inclusive, harmonious and united communities. Migrants often do not have access or knowledge of services in the communities they intend to be integrated into.
Implementation Agency: Humanity access has specialized knowledge and experience to effectively implement complex initiatives. While we lead implementation, we will work closely with other organizations, government bodies, and community groups to ensure successful program delivery and intended outcomes.
Humanity Access will be the primary actors tasked with putting program designs into practice, including managing budgets, coordinating staff, and overseeing project delivery.
